Vincent Rosetti

Vincent Rosetti is the District Attorney for San Bernardino County, California. He lost a high profile court case against Tim Heidecker for the murders of 19 young people at the Electric Sun Desert Music Festival, but later defeated Tim in his bid for re-election as District Attorney after Tim failed to get his name on the ballot. He is sometimes referred to by his opponents as "Rosetti the Rat".
