Michael Matthews is an actor best known for his role as Roy St. Charlemagne la Roux in the hit action series "Decker". He later gained notoriety for feeding false information to Tim about a large-scale swat operation at the 2018 Academy Awards ceremony which they both referred to as "Zero Hour".
