Cinderella

Director: Kenneth Branagh

Year: 2015     Run Time: 105 min

When her father unexpectedly passes away, young Ella finds herself at the mercy of her cruel stepmother and her scheming step-sisters. Never one to give up hope, Ella's fortunes begin to change after meeting a dashing stranger.

Gregg's Review

Cinderella has become, over the years, something for children and there's aspects of the story that are very adult. I think that this movie kind of delved into that a little bit.

In the Heart of the Sea

Director: Ron Howard

Year: 2015     Run Time: 122 min

A recounting of a New England whaling ship's sinking by a giant whale in 1820, an experience that later inspired the great novel Moby-Dick.

Tim's Review

It's sort of a seafaring movie with Chris Hemsworth starring in it. Really good to see him out there doing work.

Gregg's Review

I'm gonna give it 5 bags of popcorn and 5 little rubber duckies in case you want to put them in the bathtub and recreate the movie in your own bath
